I reflect on how undiagnosed ADHD, unresolved trauma, and chronic stress quietly fueled the end of my previous ministry—something I only recognize now that I've moved into this season of stabilizing and thriving.


This leg of my healing journey has unlocked an authenticity and freedom I didn’t even know I was missing. Yes, I’ve come full circle to embrace the beautiful integration of faith and psychology, refusing to separate what God designed to work together in the restoration of our minds, hearts, and souls.

It is safe to say, I'm living out the definition of liberation -- not just as an equestrian, but as a woman of faith -- as I become more authentically aligned in every part of my life.
