Becoming StableMinded Starts Now!

Hello Reader,

It's here! I'm excited to drop the first episode of the brand new 🎙️ StableMinded Podcast 🎙️ that I've been working on behind the scenes for the last few months!

In this first Episode 001, I'm sharing why I felt compelled to launch this podcast as a space to explore the integration of faith with neuropsychology in the pursuit of real transformation!

What began on the Liberated Equestrian Podcast will be continued here as we take a more comprehensive look at our emotional, physical, and spiritual lives in the context of relationships and connections that speak to both equestrians as well as those who don't quite get the world of horses.

I'm excited to dive into:

>>> How our vertical relationship with God and horizontal relationships with others shape our wellbeing!

>>> Why do we feel stuck despite the support our faith offers?

>>> The connection between trauma, attachment, and our nervous system!

>>> Why becoming "stableminded" is essential to spiritual AND emotional health!

I hope you tune in and step forward with me into real and lasting transformation that IS possible through heart, soul, mind, and body restoration. 🙏

Still becoming,

Founder of StableMinded.us

P.S. For those of you who reached out about the loss of Kodiak Jack, thank you! Your love, support, and prayers are a comfort as I continue to grieve and find my footing without him.

Needing a little grit this holiday?

pressing into authentic life transformation through heart + soul + mind + body restoration Hey there Reader, I wanted to check in with you and see how you are handling this holiday season. As intentional as we may feel about enjoying the holiday season, the reality is that the "hard stuff" of life doesn't take a beat. I really felt it when I started decorating the tree, choosing muted colors and a simple, calm golden and neutral hue. It reflects where my heart is at. Maybe you feel that way,...

STABLEMINDED.]US That Just Stinketh How the Hard Can Bring About the Good Hello Reader, Last month, I slipped into your inbox reporting on a season of abundant blessings and few bumps and bruises. While I'm grateful I'm nearly back to full function after my riding accident, I'm still feeling the physical impact of the injury, along with several other personal events that felt like an emotional roller coaster. Maybe you can relate? Things were so crazy hard that my husband started saying,...
