Introducing the Liberated Equestrian Podcast & Community

Hello Reader,

While you may not be a horsey person, I'm counting on you finding this brand new thing I've been working on empowering and equipping because it is not only about horsemanship but humanship!

I'm pretty sure you hang around these parts of Stableminded because you share my growth-minded vision for improving how we show up as humans! That is at the heart of this new project (plus getting back to my joy of podcasting)!

So I'm excited to finally share the news with you, introducing you to the brand new Liberated Equestrian Podcast!!!

The Liberated Equestrian is a Podcast and Patreon Community for horsewomen to experience Belonging, Breakthrough, and Becoming!

Actually, if you are passionate about being liberated from all the things that hold you back from finding belonging, breakthrough, and becoming who you were meant to be, you're going to love what we have in store!

The Liberated Equestrian is a place of belonging, where you will be heard as you become part of this herd. It's a place of connection. Finding your people. Feeling no longer isolated in a world of ever-changing opinions.
The Liberated Equestrian is about finding breakthrough as we rally around each other and learn how to grow through what we go through in our horsemanship and humanship.
The Liberated Equestrian is about becoming the best version of ourselves through understanding a trauma-informed and neuropsychological view of horsemanship and humanship. It is a place of learning, experimenting, and deciding the way forward, in freedom from fear, shame, or guilt and moving forward in confidence with competence!

Head over to StableMinded.us to listen to the trailer episode of the Liberated Equestrian Podcast or tune in on your favorite listening app, because we're on iTunes, Spotify, and Acast.

It's a privilege to serve you on this journey, in all the different ways we can stabilize and thrive together!

In this together,

Lisa

It's an idea that has been on my mind ever since interviewing Cathy Woods for this latest episode of the...

Hello Reader, On this episode of the Liberated Equestrian, I'm excited to be joined by Callie King for a lively chat about freedom, flow, and the science of peak performance! Yes, you will want to tune into this episode, even if you're not an equestrian, because the science is relevant to all areas of performance! Many of you know Callie as the founder of HorseClass.com, which is where you'll find my curriculum, Finding Calm: Helping Riders Navigate through Fear and Anxiety, as a part of the...

Hello Reader, Continuing the backstory that led to launching the Liberated Equestrian Podcast, in this episode, I’m digging a little bit more into my return to the horse world in the last decade and the lessons learned about listening to my gut. It’s been quite a journey in a relatively short period of time. Yes, it's been a bit of a roller-coaster becoming a second-season equestrian and experiencing everything from the joy of riding again to fulfilling the dream of horse ownership to...
