Hello Reader, Does the thought of releasing restrictions bring you comfort or fear? On the one hand, restrictions can be protective and provide safety. But on the other hand, restrictions can be limiting and smothering. In this case, when I'm referring to releasing restrictions, I'm speaking of the tension we hold in our minds and bodies that hinders movement and optimal function. It's an idea that has been on my mind ever since interviewing Cathy Woods for this latest episode of the Liberated Equestrian Podcast.
