Do you need strategies for living with purpose?

Hello Reader,

Have you ever wondered why you process life the way you do?

Why do certain approaches to healing work for some people but not for you?

In this episode, I dive into the beautiful truth that God made you on purpose WITH a purpose. Drawing from Psalm 139, I explore how understanding your unique wiring is the first step to living with authentic purpose.

I also unpack one of my favorite tools for exploring a deeper understanding of our God-given wiring - the Highlands Ability Battery. This isn't about testing knowledge, but understanding how you're naturally designed to learn, interact with information, solve problems, and engage in relationships.

While there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing, growth, or finding purpose, taking the time to get curious about how we show up in the world can lay the foundation for navigating life with more clarity and confidence.

Hello Reader, Can you believe we're already one week into March? For so many of us, this is that time of year when we feel really worn down. The winter blues are beckoning for the hope of spring. The financial hit of the holidays may start lifting, although for those of us living in the US and coming through a hard winter, that relief in light of the circumstances and economy may not feel significant enough. I get it, on so many levels. That is one of the reasons I pivoted with the Equipped...
