Unsettled by Change? Try this!

Thrive Toolbox Weekly Wellness Tip

Hello Reader,

Unsettled by change?

It’s a natural response for all of us – but for some it can be quite overwhelming. A subtle shift of routine, responsibilities, or relationship dynamics can create quite the unrest in your heart, mind, body, and soul.

From the unsettling, it is natural to go into a survival pattern, either trying to over-control the uncontrollable or checking out from the reality of the situation.

One way to navigate change better is to identify how it affects you, your go-to response, and what you can do to handle the transition with more grace and intentionality.

Watch this video in the Thrive Toolbox (free until Wednesday) to hear about this strategy!

You might also want to catch the Liberated Equestrian Podcast Episode 007 on Destination Addiction.

Together, these teachings will give you a new mindset and practical strategies for stabilizing and thriving!

Be well,

STABLEMINDED.US Maybe It Is Time to Quit A Story of Burnout to Breakthrough Hello Reader, Fourteen months. That's how long it has been since I shared a story about the Remarkable Kodiak Jack.
