Discovering the Damage of Not Slowing Down

Hello Reader,

If you were able to listen to the last episode of the StableMinded Podcast, I was brutally honest about what I experienced when I finally stopped pushing through.

Those first few weeks of my sabbatical exposed more than I wanted to know as I discovered the damage of not slowing down. Sure, I could have blamed the frequency in which I was accidentally breaking something, knocking things over, missing appointments, making mistakes, and feeling in a fog on what I already knew were symptoms of grief, chronic pain from a hamstring injury, ADHD, EDS, and perimenopause.

I knew in my heart there was something deeper happening in my body, and when I uncovered it, I was relieved.

There was a way forward.

So that is why I'm sharing that experience with you -- both in my latest post on Substack and on the Pod -- because I'm pretty sure this may be just the information you need to help you find your next breakthrough.
